- Level 1 — Support team: Contact us at +91 77605 44443 or support@bridgecubex.com. Response within 24 business hours.
- Level 2 — Management: If unresolved after 7 days, escalate to legal@bridgecubex.com. Response within 7 days.
- Level 3 — Arbitration: Disputes not resolved informally will be referred to arbitration in Bangalore under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
All disputes are governed by the laws of India with the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka having exclusive jurisdiction.
